Bali Bike With Love

DENPASAR – Abundant participants took part in the event entitled bike with love. Parking Lot of Mertasari Sanur Beach Bali was crowded by bicycle enthusiasts. They were ranging from children to adults involved in that arena. The bike-with-love rally was intended to support the Car-Free day program of Denpasar City

Government other than to celebrate the Valentine’s Day. The route covered was as far as 20 km, starting from the parking lot of Mertasari Beach to Renon and back to the beach parking lot of Mertasari.The rally entitled bike with love was also filled with the drawing of participants’ registration number and social action in the form of blood donors. Interestingly, among the thousands of participants there was the team leader of PKK Denpasar City Mrs. Selly Mantra accompanied by Mrs. Antari Jaya Negara, Mrs. Rai Iswara and other members of the PKK comingling while riding a bicycle. Crowding at Pura Sakenan Every Six Months

Pura Sakenan on Serangan Island on Saturday, flooded with Hindus from all corners. Thousands worshipers since the morning until noon, taking turns doing prayers in one of the historic Hindu temple in Bali. It was in connection with the peak piodalan Hari Raya Kuningan.

Radar monitoring of Bali, the people began to arrive from 09.00. Generally, they are using motorcycles and cars.

“East-West Center,” Cooperation with the ISI Denpasar

The official East-West Center, a research and educational institutions of the United States who is domiciled in Hawaii, visit the ISI Denpasar to start working network between the two institutions.

ISI Denpasar press release received by AFP on Friday said the officials who came to Bali it is the director of Asia Pacific Education Program East-West Center Namji Steinemann and was met by the ISI Denpasar Rector Prof Dr I Wayan Rai S, MA.

Steinemann Visits took place after the previous day received the visit of ISI Denpasar by Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia  at the same time the Minister of education YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Haji Mohd Yassin.  Post taken from Antara News. Resubmitted by Bali villas.
